Evolve School Of Dance Policies

• Tuition is due anytime between the 1st to the 5th of each month. If tuition is not paid by the 5th a $20 late fee will automatically be applied.
• Tuition can only be paid online at www.evolvesod.info under “Monthly tuition” or cash app $EvolveSchoolDance. Tuition can not be paid cash or check.
• If tuition is not paid on time, dancers cannot attend dancing until the balance is paid in full. (Dancers can only miss a total of 5 classes per semester before removal of revue)
• Tuition will not be reduced due to studio closures. 

Revue costumes are not included in tuition and will be broken up amongst the months of September, October, and November. Tuition and costumes can be split into two. This is non-negotiable and all monies paid to Evolve School of dance are non-refundable. 

All dancers participating in the annual revue in June are required to pay a $150 non-refundable revue fee and must be paid in order for your dancer to participate in the revue.. This fee can be split amongst the months of February, March, & April. This fee covers the cost of revue building, insurance, equipment, props, etc. This fee also includes revue t-shirt, revue accessories, and 4 revue tickets. 

The last day to drop classes at Evolve School Of Dance LLC is October 5th, 2026. A written notice has to be filled out in order to be free from all financial obligations. A $50 drop fee must be paid for any dancer dropping after the deadline. All monies will be forfeited and no costume will be given if the dancer no longer wants to attend classes at Evolve School Of Dance LLC.  

All classes are set to run August-June following all Iberia School Parish breaks and closures. 

No deductions to your monthly tuition will be made prior to these closures. 

*Any dancer that has 5 or more unexcused absences during the season will lose the opportunity to participate in the upcoming revue* 

EXCUSED Absences : 

• Death in the family, 
• Scheduled school performances, 
• Wedding or religious dedication of you or an immediate family member, 
•  seriously ill. (Provided doctor’s excuse) 

We encourage all students to attend class consistently to ensure their progress for the upcoming class level. 

In the event that Evolve School Of Dance will have to cancel a class, you will be notified in a timely manner via email, text message, or phone call depending on the severity of the class cancellation. 

Please make sure that all dancers arrive on time for their scheduled class time. Dancers can arrive no earlier than 5 mins prior to their scheduled time. 

All classes are closed to public viewing to maintain a focused classroom. 

If you or someone that is assigned to pick up your child is running late please contact the front office so all parties involved are aware.

All parents must arrive on time and no later than 5 mins after scheduled ending time unless notified otherwise. More than 15 minutes results in a late fee charge of $10 added to upcoming monthly tuition.
